Larger commercial zero-turns that run a 15" front caster can go airless too. The MICHELIN® X® TWEEL® Turf 15x6.0N6 smooth caster carries up to 370 lb, fits a 5/8" axle and replaces the pneumatic front caster with a single, flat-proof unit. Its poly-resin spokes behave like a suspension at the front of the mower, smoothing out bumps while holding a consistent hub height for an even cut.

Spacers

Spacers are sold separately. Most installations need one spacer pair per caster, chosen by your mower's axle diameter and the inside width of the caster fork. Michelin specifies one of these for this caster:

• 38182 (1/2" axle, 5/8" bushing, 7" fork)
• 40653 (1/2" axle, 1" bushing, 7-3/4" fork)
• 34193 (5/8" axle, 5/8" bushing, 7" fork)

Your mower's row in Michelin's fitment guide names the exact spacer. A few models need none.

Each caster is sold individually. Most zero-turns run two front casters, so order two for a full swap.
