Return Policy Guidelines
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Any item we receive in a used or damaged condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 40%.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns that are not in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, and in its original packaging) or are outside of the 30-day return window, will have return eligibility determined on a case by case basis and be subject to restocking fees noted above. Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- In the event that we ship the wrong item, we will send a prepaid return label so you can send the item back to us at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in order to better serve our customers, we are more than happy to provide a pre-paid return label. Our competitive shipping rates often allow for substantial return shipping savings. The cost of the return label will then be deducted from the total refund amount.
Cancellations / Refused Delivery
Customers that contact us to cancel a shipment after the product has shipped or that refuse delivery will be charged a return shipping fee that will be deducted from their refund.
