The 412 Beadlock stacks two kinds of tire security on one forged 6061-T6 wheel: a true beadlock clamp ring on the outside and patented Bead Grip® bead seats on the inner lip. Method trims excess material from the forged V.40 ring and says this 15x5 averages about 2 lbs lighter than a comparable 401-R high-offset.

It's offered as a 15x5 at +43mm (4.2+0.8 spacing) for 5x4.5 and 6x5.5 machines. The raw machined finish, an included Grade 8 zinc-plated hardware kit, and a 1,600 lb rating complete the package.

Method 412 Forged Beadlock (MR412) Key Features

  • Beadlock Plus Bead Grip®: The outer bead is clamped by the ring while Bead Grip® grooves hold the inner bead.
  • Forged V.40 Ring: Forged 6061 aluminum with excess material removed for weight reduction.
  • Forged Wheel: Forged 6061-T6 construction is stronger and lighter than a comparable cast wheel, according to Method.
  • Ready to Mount: Grade 8 zinc-plated ring bolts are in the box.

Vehicle Application Guide

Always confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub before ordering.

  • 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern (78mm center bore; 15x5): Also listed as 5x4.5. Used on the Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R.
  • 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern (78.3mm center bore; 15x5): Also listed as 6x5.5. Used on the Can-Am Maverick R.

Important Fitment & Legal Notes

  • Off-Road Use Only: Beadlock wheels are intended for off-road use. Off-road-only wheels are illegal on public roads in many states and provinces, so check your state and local laws before you ride.
  • Beadlock Maintenance: Torque the beadlock ring bolts to Method's specification when the tire is mounted, then recheck them after the first few rides and after any hard hit. Mounting a beadlock takes longer than a standard wheel, so use a shop experienced with beadlocks if you aren't set up for it.
  • Inner Bead Grip® Seat: The ring clamps the outer tire bead; the inner bead is held by Bead Grip® grooves, which need no maintenance.
  • Fitment Check: Confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub bore, and check that the offset and tire size clear your suspension, brakes, and fenders at full lock and full compression before mounting. Lug nuts are sold separately.
  • Beadlock Ring & Hardware: Replacement ring part number: BR-DB15-40-A; hardware kit: BH-H24155 (included with the wheel).
  • Warranty: Covered by Method Race Wheels' manufacturer warranty.
