The 412 Bead Grip® swaps cast construction for forged 6061-T6 aluminum, and Method says that makes this 15x6 about 2 lbs lighter on average than its cast 407 Bead Grip. You still get the patented grooved bead seats and aggressive safety hump that keep the tire seated at low pressure.

It's a 15x6 with a +51mm offset (5+1 spacing) in raw machined, made for 4x136, 5x4.5 and 6x5.5 hubs. Like Method's cast UTV Bead Grip models, it carries a 1,600 lb load rating.

Method 412 Forged Bead Grip (MR412) Key Features

  • Forged 6061-T6: Forged construction delivers strength with less weight than a cast wheel.
  • Lighter Than the 407: Method rates the 15x6 at roughly 2 lbs lighter on average than a comparable 407 Bead Grip.
  • Bead Grip Technology®: Grooved seats engage the tire bead for extra grip when the tire is aired down.
  • Forged Multi-Spoke Face: Tough spokes with debossed METHOD branding.

Vehicle Application Guide

Always confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub before ordering.

  • 4x136 Bolt Pattern (100mm center bore; 15x6): Method lists this pattern as 4x136; it is the same fitment many brands call 4x137, common on Can-Am (Maverick, Defender), Honda (Talon, Pioneer) and Kawasaki (Teryx) machines.
  • 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern (78mm center bore; 15x6): Also listed as 5x4.5. Used on the Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R.
  • 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern (78.3mm center bore; 15x6): Also listed as 6x5.5. Used on the Can-Am Maverick R.

Important Fitment & Use Notes

  • Bead Grip® Is Not a Beadlock: Method designed Bead Grip® as a bridge between a conventional wheel and a beadlock. The tire mounts and seals like a standard wheel, with no ring bolts to maintain.
  • Street Use: Bead Grip® wheels have no beadlock ring, so they suit street-legal UTV conversions (check your local laws).
  • Fitment Check: Confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub bore, and check that the offset and tire size clear your suspension, brakes, and fenders at full lock and full compression before mounting. Lug nuts are sold separately.
  • Warranty: Covered by Method Race Wheels' manufacturer warranty.
