The 401 is Method's classic cast UTV beadlock, recognized by its 12-window face and debossed METHOD logos. A forged 6061 V.1 beadlock ring and a Grade 8 zinc-plated hardware kit come with every wheel, and Method tucks the Schrader valve between the spokes where rocks and stumps have a harder time reaching it.
Choose matte black, raw machined, or titanium with a matte black ring. Sizes run 14x7, 15x6, 15x7 and 15x10 across 4x136, 4x156, 5x4.5 and 6x5.5 bolt patterns, and each one carries a 1,600 lb load rating.
Method 401 Beadlock (MR401) Key Features
- True Beadlock: A forged 6061 aluminum V.1 ring clamps the outer tire bead so it stays put when you air down for rocks or sand.
- Hardware Included: Each wheel ships with a Grade 8 zinc-plated beadlock hardware kit.
- Protected Valve: The Schrader valve sits between two spokes, out of the line of fire.
- Cast A356-T6 Body: Solid A356 aluminum with T6 heat treatment and a reinforced inner lip for durability.

Important Fitment & Legal Notes
- Off-Road Use Only: Beadlock wheels are intended for off-road use. Off-road-only wheels are illegal on public roads in many states and provinces, so check your state and local laws before you ride.
- Beadlock Maintenance: Torque the beadlock ring bolts to Method's specification when the tire is mounted, then recheck them after the first few rides and after any hard hit. Mounting a beadlock takes longer than a standard wheel, so use a shop experienced with beadlocks if you aren't set up for it.
- Fitment Check: Confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub bore, and check that the offset and tire size clear your suspension, brakes, and fenders at full lock and full compression before mounting. Lug nuts are sold separately.
