High-performance machines that run aired-down tires are the target for the KS241 Torx. It's a true beadlock, and integrated scutes sit around the ring to guard its bolts against rocks and trail debris.

KMC says the open 6-element mesh face helps airflow and saves weight while keeping the wheel strong. You can choose from three Torx finishes: Matte Black w/ Gloss Black Ring, Gloss Black Milled, and Machined, with zinc-treated beadlock hardware.

All three are sold in two sizes, 15x7 +38mm and 15x8 0mm, with 4x137, 4x156, and 5x114.3 in each. Gloss Black Milled adds 6x139.7 in both sizes, and the other two finishes offer it in the 15x7. Per wheel, weight falls between 18.04 and 19.58 lbs, and load capacity is 1,250 lbs.

KMC Torx Beadlock (KS241) Key Features

  • Integrated Scutes: Protect the beadlock hardware from rock strikes.
  • 6-Element Mesh Face: Open design for airflow and lower weight.
  • Lip Profile: The 15x8 0mm shows a 2.49" lip, while the 15x7 +38mm keeps it shallow at 0.83".
  • 4-, 5-, and 6-Lug: Fits a range of UTVs, including Polaris RZR and Can-Am Maverick.

Vehicle Application Guide

Always confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub before ordering.

  • 4x137 Bolt Pattern (96.00mm center bore; 15x7, 15x8): Common on Can-Am (Maverick, Defender), Honda (Talon, Pioneer), and Kawasaki (Teryx) machines.
  • 4x156 Bolt Pattern (115.10mm center bore; 15x7, 15x8): Common on Polaris (RZR, Ranger, General) and late-model Yamaha machines.
  • 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern (72.56mm center bore; 15x7, 15x8): Also listed as 5/4.5. KMC lists this pattern for Polaris Pro R and Turbo R applications.
  • 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern (100.30mm center bore; 15x7, 15x8): Also listed as 6/5.5. Used on 6-lug setups such as the Can-Am Maverick R and many portal gear lifts.

Important Fitment & Legal Notes

  • Off-Road Use Only: KMC sells its beadlock wheels for off-road use only. Off-road-only wheels are illegal on public roads in many states and provinces, so check your state and local laws before you ride.
  • Beadlock Maintenance: Torque the beadlock ring bolts to KMC's specification when the tire is mounted, then recheck them after the first few rides and after any hard hit. Mounting a beadlock takes longer than a standard wheel, so use a shop experienced with beadlocks if you aren't set up for it.
  • Fitment Check: Confirm your machine's bolt pattern, and check that the offset and tire size clear your suspension, brakes, and fenders at full lock and full compression before mounting.
  • Replacement Center Caps: KMC part numbers: KMCAP101BXP6135SX, KMCAP101MXB6135SX, KMCAP101PXB6135SX, KSCAP101BXP4137SX, KSCAP101BXP4156SX, KSCAP101BXP4156SXT, KSCAP101BXP5114SX, KSCAP101MXB4137SX, KSCAP101MXB4156SX, KSCAP101MXB4156SXT, KSCAP101MXB5114SX, KSCAP101PXB4137SX, KSCAP101PXB4156SX, KSCAP101PXB4156SXT, KSCAP101PXB5114SX (see the Replacement Cap column below for each size).
