KMC calls the KS235 Grenade Beadlock a powerhouse, and the split eight-spoke face is the reason it's so recognizable. Gaps between the spokes aid ventilation and let debris pass through, while a billet beadlock ring clamps the tire's outer bead.

Satin Black, Machined, and Satin Bronze are all offered here. Satin Black has the deepest range, from 14x7 to 15x10 and including a 15x7 in 4x110. Machined runs from 14x7 (4x137 only) to 15x10, and Satin Bronze covers the 15x6 and 15x7.

True beadlock construction is what lets you drop tire pressure for rocks or sand without the bead letting go. Load capacity tops out at 1,300 lbs on the 15x7 +10mm.

KMC Grenade Beadlock (KS235) Key Features

  • Billet Beadlock Ring: A billet ring bolts over the outer bead to hold it at low pressure.
  • Wide Size Range: 14x7, 14x10, 15x6, 15x7, and 15x10, depending on finish.
  • Patterns by Finish: Every finish offers 4x137 and 4x156; Satin Black also has a 15x7 in 4x110.
  • Load Capacity: The 15x7 +10mm carries 1,300 lbs per wheel; every other size carries 1,000 lbs.

Vehicle Application Guide

Always confirm your machine's bolt pattern and hub before ordering.

  • 4x110 Bolt Pattern (86.00mm center bore; 15x7): Common on many Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki ATVs and some utility side-by-sides.
  • 4x137 Bolt Pattern (112.10mm center bore; 14x7, 15x6, 15x7, 15x10): Common on Can-Am (Maverick, Defender), Honda (Talon, Pioneer), and Kawasaki (Teryx) machines.
  • 4x156 Bolt Pattern (115.10 / 132.00mm center bore; 14x7, 14x10, 15x6, 15x7, 15x10): Common on Polaris (RZR, Ranger, General) and late-model Yamaha machines.

Important Fitment & Legal Notes

  • Off-Road Use Only: KMC sells its beadlock wheels for off-road use only. Off-road-only wheels are illegal on public roads in many states and provinces, so check your state and local laws before you ride.
  • Beadlock Maintenance: Torque the beadlock ring bolts to KMC's specification when the tire is mounted, then recheck them after the first few rides and after any hard hit. Mounting a beadlock takes longer than a standard wheel, so use a shop experienced with beadlocks if you aren't set up for it.
  • Fitment Check: Confirm your machine's bolt pattern, and check that the offset and tire size clear your suspension, brakes, and fenders at full lock and full compression before mounting.
  • Replacement Center Caps: KMC part numbers: KS2CAP141540-SB, KS2CAP141548-SB, KS2CAP1548-SB38, KS2CAP44-SB (see the Replacement Cap column below for each size).
  • 14x10 Ring Hardware: Supplier part numbers for the Satin Black 14x10 (KS23541044700): ring KSBRS14C-GB, ring bolts H8X23-W-ZP (24 per wheel).
