When you need to drop your tire pressure to single digits without risking a blown bead, the Fuel UTV Tech Beadlock Wheel (D919) delivers. Purpose-built for modern, high-output side-by-sides from Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda and Kawasaki, the Tech series pairs a competition-ready true beadlock ring with a fortified cast-aluminum, split-spoke core. Beyond its rugged 1,000-pound load rating and D.O.T.-approved construction, this wheel stands out with a premium Matte Gunmetal finish that aggressively masks trail wear while turning heads in the dunes, dirt, or mud.
Fuel Tech Key Features
- True Beadlock Security: Clamps the tire bead firmly to the rim, allowing you to run ultra-low air pressures and maintain tire stability during aggressive riding and high-torque rock crawling without the fear of de-beading.
- Classic Split-Spoke Design: Engineered to provide superior stiffness and power transfer while giving your UTV a premium, competition-ready aesthetic.
- Optimized Offsets: The 15x7 sizes feature a +38mm positive offset (roughly 5+2) to optimize clearance, track width, and handling, while the 15x10 sizes utilize a Zero-offset (0mm / 5+5) configuration for a balanced, wide-stance alignment. All sizes maintain a consistent 5.50-inch backspacing.
- Rugged Matte Finish: Coated in a durable Matte Gunmetal finish with a contrasting Matte Black beadlock ring. Backed by a one-year finish manufacturer's warranty and a lifetime structural warranty.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Built from D.O.T. approved cast aluminum to handle the abuse of modern high-horsepower side-by-sides, featuring a robust 1,000 lb load capacity per wheel.
Important Fitment Notes
- Vehicle Compatibility: These wheels are available in the two most common UTV bolt patterns. The 4/137 options utilize a 110.10mm center bore (ideal for Can-Am/Honda), while the 4/156 options utilize a 132.00mm center bore (ideal for Polaris/Yamaha).
- Lug Nut Hardware: These wheels feature enlarged lug holes designed to accept standard aftermarket hardware. However, factory OEM lug nuts typically will not work. A set of aftermarket splined/tapered lug nuts (sold separately) is required for proper and safe installation.
